If you have received your gift card and you have yet to redeem it, please get in touch with us and we will happily cancel it for you, refund your MSR points to your wallet so that you can redeem your MSR again to choose your preferred gift card.
Unfortunately, if you have already redeemed your gift card, we will be unable to do this for you.
