Instructions


Follow these steps to export your data:

  1. Open up the Claude app or web browser https://claude.ai/.
  2. Click on your initials in the lower left corner of your account.
  3. Select "Settings" from the menu.
  4. Navigate to the Privacy section.
  5. Click the "Export data" button.
  6. Select 'All' and export.
