How to Complete the Daily Screen Time Retro Task (iOS only)

This task requires you to share your screen recording of your screen time.
Instructions
1. Enable Screen Time
If you haven't done this before:
Open Settings on your iPhone.
Tap Screen Time.
Tap Turn On Screen Time, then tap Continue.
Choose This is My iPhone.
Important: You must wait at least 2 week after turning on Screen Time before completing this task, as some data needs time to build up.
2. Set Up Screen Recording
Go to Settings > Control Centre.
Tap the green + next to Screen Recording to add it.
Swipe down from the top-right of your screen to open the Control Centre.
Tap the record button (a solid dot inside a circle) and wait for the 3-second countdown to begin.
3. Record Your Daily Screen Time
Go to Settings > Screen Time.
Tap See All Activity.
At the top, tap Day to switch to daily view.
Tap Devices (top-right) and choose only the iPhone you’re using (avoid "All Devices").
Start scrolling down slowly.
Tap Show More every time it appears, until you reach the bottom.
Tap the left arrow (←) at the top to go to the previous day, then scroll to the bottom again.
Repeat this for each day going back a total of 14 days.
4. Stop the Recording and Upload
Tap the red bar at the top of your screen and select Stop.
Return to the MSR app and upload the video as instructed in the task.
Tips for a Successful Submission
Ensure you're on Daily view, not Weekly.
Make sure you're only showing data for one device (not "All Devices").
Avoid using VPNs or Airplane mode while recording.
The recording must be clear and complete—don’t cut it off early.
Troubleshooting
Upload failed? Turn off any VPN and try using mobile data.
Only this week’s data showing? Wait a few more days to accumulate more activity.
