This task requires you to request your ChatGPT data.

Instructions

1. Open https://privacy.openai.com/policies on your mobile browser and log in. 

2. Click on Make a Privacy Request.

3. Verify your ChatGPT account through Email Address, or Phone Number.

4. You will head to a page where it will ask you what you'd like to do, click on Download my Data.

5. Verify your identity by email- you will be sent a verification email.

6. Your data request will have been made, you will receive an update to your email address once this is ready.

5. Tap on Export Data. 

6. Confirm your Export.

1. Tap on the three lines to load up your previous conversation bar.
2. Click on your profile, which is at the top right.
3. Scroll to Data Controls and click on Export Data.
4. It will ask you to open ChatGPT on web, click through.

5. Log into your ChatGPT account again
6. Scroll to find Data Controls.
7. Click export data and confirm.

8. It will send you a OTP to confirm your phone number registered to your ChatGPT account, verify yourself.
9. Tap on export data.
