Written Instructions
- Open the X app.
- Tap on your profile image - top left.
- Tap Settings and Support.
- Tap Settings and Privacy.
- Tap "your account".
- Tap 'Download an archive of your data'.
- Enter your password.
- Verify its you using email or text message.
- Enter the passcode sent via email or text.
- Tap download archive (blue button).
- Tap 'Get Started'.
- When the data is ready, you should receive the download as a ZIP file.
