1. Open TikTok app on your phone
2. Select your Profile in the bottom right
3. Now select Burger menu top Right
4. Select Settings and Privacy
5. Select Account
6. Select Download your data
7. Make sure the file format is TXT
8. Select Request data
⚠️ If you do not select your format as a .TXT your MSR points will be deducted.
