Your most-used apps were set to Categories, not Apps
Before you start your screen recording, double-check you see the words “categories” as shown in the example above. That means you are in the right place. You should see your most used app icons down the left-hand side. However, if you see “Show apps and websites” please click on it so it looks the same as above.
